MODSECURITY

Cpanel has a MODESCURITY setting that you can set for the domain.

With MODSECURITY set on, URLS that contain the text "user:" will throw a 403 error (No access). For Sofawiki, you need therefore to turn the option off, to be able to view and edit the user pages.
